The theme for this year’s conference is “REVOLUTIONISING MOLECULAR BIOLOGY AND BIOTECHNOLOGY WITH AI: TRANSFORMING DATA FOR IMPACTFUL INNOVATION”.

On behalf of the Organising Committee, it is with great excitement that we welcome you to the 8th International Conference on Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (ICMBB2025), in conjunction with the 31st scientific meeting of  Malaysian Society for Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (MSMBB) and International Medical Innovation Competition 2025 (IMIC2025), which will be held at the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Sungai Buloh Campus, Selangor, Malaysia on 25-26th June 2025.

Building on the success of ICMBB2024, the Malaysian Society for Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (MSMBB) and Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), are delighted to host this event, fostering collaboration and offering a dynamic platform for researchers to connect and network effectively.

ICMBB2025 will feature a 2-day event with the theme “Revolutionizing Molecular Biology and Biotechnology with AI: Transforming Data for Impactful Innovation” to reflect the importance of AI in the advancement of molecular biology and biotechnology, driving impactful innovations in research, healthcare, and industrial applications.

ICMBB2025 comprises a symposia on the latest findings and research in multidisciplinary topics, including advances in agriculture, aquatic sciences, environmental sciences, medicine, industry, food science, multi-omics and bioinformatics.
